Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During launches, restocks, or busy periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is placed, and a shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched.

United Kingdom
• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to UK.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you have not received tracking after 4 business days, please contact us at hello@bustboss.co.uk.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address.
Once dispatched, we are unable to change or redirect the parcel.
BustBoss is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly.
While we will always try to assist, BustBoss cannot replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Pre-Orders & Restocks
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is available.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as launches or restocks.
