Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
If the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, tested, cut, or worn, we’re unable to accept it back. This is to keep all customers safe — thank you for understanding!
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused
• Packaging must be unopened and undamaged
• The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
Once your return is approved and received back with us, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll replace it or offer a refund — whichever you prefer. We always want to make it right.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t guarantee refunds for items lost in transit.

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply place a new order once your return is refunded.
